Players and families
Player profiles, shareable reports and the player and family tools stay free. Players own their accounts, decide what their report includes, and keep everything if they leave your organization.
Shared staff coordination
One workspace where your staff see every team, track commitments and recruiting stages, and coordinate college outreach. It is not ownership of player accounts.
Know where every player stands.
Everything below works today in the organization workspace, the same one you can open in the demo.
Every team on one roster
See every player across your teams. Filter by team, graduation class, position, staff owner, recruiting stage or commitment status, and combine filters to find, say, the uncommitted 2027 pitchers on one team.
Commitments by class
Record the college, division and conference, verbal or signed, the date, who told you and when it was confirmed. Enrollment is tracked separately, and everything is grouped by graduating class.
Who is still searching
Each uncommitted player has a stage your staff set: researching schools, reaching out, in two-way conversations, visiting or considering offers. You can see who set it and when.
Clear responsibility
Assign a staff owner to each player. To-dos, visits, showcases, deadlines and follow-ups carry an owner and a date, and overdue work is listed first.
Shared outreach history
Log contacts with college programs from the built-in college directory, including published coaching staff contacts, with notes and a next action. Staff are warned before contacting a school someone already contacted for that player.
Missing or outdated profiles
See whose profile is missing season stats, measurables, video, contact info or a report link, and who hasn't updated in 60 days. Copy a ready-made message asking the player to refresh it. The profile stays theirs to edit.
Player-controlled reports and scoped staff access
Open any player's shared report from the roster. It always shows their latest saved profile, with the sections they chose. Staff only see the teams they're assigned to; admins see every team. Notes and outreach stay inside your organization and never appear on a player's report.
Try it before you pay.
Request evaluation access
Send us a short email with your organization and teams. No card, no checkout.
We enable your workspace
Complimentary evaluation access is switched on by hand, and your first admin gets an invitation link. It never turns into a charge on its own.
Add teams and staff
Create your teams, then invite coaches. Each one sees only the teams you assign. Staff join with an organization account, not a college-coach account.
Invite your players
Players accept on their own free Sightline account after seeing exactly what your staff will and won't see.
One price for the whole organization.
Add every team and every coach. The price doesn't change with the size of your rosters, and families are never charged.
$250per organization per year
Unlimited teams. Paid once for 12 months of access; it doesn't renew automatically.

Do players or families pay anything?
No. Player profiles, reports and the player and family tools stay free. Organizations pay for the shared staff workspace across their teams, not for player accounts, which always belong to the player.
What can our staff see about a player?
Their name, class, positions and team; whether their profile has stats, measurables, video and contact info and when each was last updated; and their shared report. The report shows exactly the sections the player chose to include, which can include GPA or contact details if they included them. A separate switch the player controls decides whether the roster shows a GPA-on-profile indicator. A player's private outreach log and target school list are never shared.
Are updates live?
A player's report link always shows their latest saved profile. The organization dashboard shows what was current when you opened it. Reload it to pick up changes players made since.
What if a player or staff member leaves?
Removing someone ends their access to the organization right away. It never deletes a player's account or profile. A report link that was already shared keeps working until the player revokes it from their own report settings.
Does evaluation access turn into a paid plan?
No. It's complimentary, enabled by hand, and doesn't convert or charge on its own. When you're ready to buy, it's $250, paid once for 12 months.
Does Sightline contact colleges or guarantee results?
No. Sightline doesn't send messages to college coaches, doesn't predict or guarantee recruiting outcomes, and isn't a recruiting service. It's where your staff keep the work organized.
Can one workspace hold baseball and softball teams?
Yes. Each team is baseball or softball, and players join teams of their own sport. Baseball players keep their profiles on Sightline Baseball and softball players on Sightline Softball.
See it with your own teams.
Look around the demo first, or ask us to switch on a workspace for your organization.
